Julene-Angel KarstenRCA (Registered Chiropractic Assistant), Office Manager
Julene has been Dr. Kaplove’s right hand assistant and office manager since 2007, and a chiropractic assistant since 2004. Responsible for insurance and billing issues as well as the full spectrum of office activities, Julene administers patient therapies such as ultrasound, electric stimulation, cold laser therapy and more. Julene brings professional and caring expertise to each patient, practitioner and staff member. Julene is fluent in American Sign Language and is also a licensed beauty specialist. She has taken many courses at the Florida Chiropractic Association as well as attending trainings around the country in NET (Neuro Emotional Technique).
Judy Levin(Registered Chiropractic Assistant)
Judy is responsible for office duties as well as assisting the doctors in taking care of patients. Along with meeting and greeting patients, answering the busy telephones and making appointments, Judy assists Dr. Kaplove with ultrasound, electric stimulation and a variety of treatment tools. Equally skilled in the office and the treatment rooms, Judy takes pride in being helpful and efficient. Judy has an extensive background in product and showroom design. She was a partner in a home décor wholesale company for 17 years and traveled extensively throughout the world creating product and showroom design.
Tiffany RiveraRCA (Registered Chiropractic Assistant)
Tiffany is responsible for office duties as well as assisting the doctors in taking care of patients. Along with meeting and greeting patients, answering the busy telephones and making appointments, Tiffany assists Dr. Kaplove with ultrasound, electric stimulation and massages. Tiffany also has an Associates Degree in Substance Abuse Counseling and is a Licensed Nursing Assistant in the state of Florida.
Serene is our student extern. She is a true business woman in the making. Always with a welcoming smile and friendly face, She is willing and eager to help and assist with any task she is given.
